Form BR-V (A2) is an occupancy certificate form used by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) in India. This form is required to be submitted by the applicant after the construction of the building is completed and a completion certificate (Form BR-V A1) has been issued. The occupancy certificate certifies that the building is safe for occupation and has been constructed in accordance with the approved building plan and relevant regulations.
